KERN COUNTY PRINCESS

Ann Barnett Kern Country elected Controller says she's always tried to do the right thing, whether for her church, her five children, her husband of 31 years or the people she serves as Kern County's clerk and auditor-controller.

Everything except do her job and as of Monday marry gay persons in Kern Country.

To be fair she WILL marry people but she has closed the chapel and will only issue licenses which the California Supreme Country has ruled she must

So she has let her personal faith get in the way of her public duty; so she has elevated herself to become The Princess of Kern Country; as such she will become part of the History's Dust Bin.
